2.7 Privacy Team

In certain cases, the DPO/DPM will be assisted by Staff representatives highly involved in the processing of personal data with the following competences:

• Legal;
• Information Security;
• IT;
• HR;
• Sales, Marketing & Communications;
• Procurement.

The team composed of such individuals is defined as “Privacy Team” in the TPOmap Documentation. 

The Privacy Team works closely with the DPO/DPM to create, update and ensure the implementation of policies and compliance measures/ tools. It supports the Data Business Owners in their compliance work.

In order to facilitate this work, the Privacy Team has the second largest access rights to the TPOmap Documentation Depository.
