3.1 TPOmap Documentation Center

The TPOmap Documentation Center is a documentation library with a content predefined by TPO (see Part 6 of this Guide) created in a Microsoft SharePoint environment. Each client has a dedicated SharePoint environment.

The documentation library allows to store, share and update :

  • Tools created as part of the Privacy Management Program as explained in Part 2 of this Guide,
  • Information about privacy and security by design projects and
  • any other GDPR compliance information.

For further information about the information that your organization wants you to store in the TPOmap Documentation Centerconsult your Privacy Management Policy.

The access rights to this documentation library are set-up and managed by TPO on the basis of the information provided by the client about the names, contact details and roles of the users to which access shall be granted.

If a client has several entities processing personal data, access rights will be specific to each processing entity.

For more information about the way the documentation library is set-up, see Part 5.

The TPOmap Documentation Center will be used by all 2 roles: the Full user (hereafter the “Data Protection Officer/ Data Protection Manager” and the Restricted user (hereafter the “Data Business Owners” or “IT”) to implement and maintain the privacy management program
