4.2 Navigating in TPOmap 

Once you are connected to TPOmap, you can access all the functionalities which have been attributed to your role.

The currently available functionalities are:

• Documentation Center
  You can access the TPOmap Documentation Center

Please refer to Part 6 for more details about its use

• Dashboard
  You can access the TPOmap Dashboard.

Please note that not all users have access to this functionality
Please refer to Part 10 for more details the TPOmap Dashboard modules

• Processing Sheets
  You can use this tab to create new processing sheets for your processing entities and to update your existing processing sheets as explain in Part 7. 

• Technical Sheets
  You can use this tab to create new technical sheets for your processing entities and to update your existing technical sheets as explain in Part 8 & 9. 

• Entities
  You can use this tab to know which entities of your organization use TPOmap (and therefore, if applicable, their DPO and representative in the EU) as explain in Part 5. 

• Product
  You can use this tab to access to your product list, in order to create new product or to update the existing products as explain in Part 5.

Please note that not all users have access to this functionality

• Various
  You can use this tab to in order to create new various data or to update the existing various in order to use them in the processing sheet or technical sheet as explain in Part 5
