8.1 Generation of technical and organizational measures sheets

The second module of TPOmap is based on technical and organisational measures sheets which will be generated and need to be completed for each asset owners listing all the technical and organisational measures applicable to protect the supporting assets of all the products owned by each asset owner.

Before using this module, please make sure that TPOmap set-up process has been fully completed.

Please consult Part 5.5 Customization of the Technical sheet for each Processing entity for more information about how to complete the set-up process.

In order to be able to generate the Technical and Organisational Sheet for a particular asset owner (yourself or an external parties), it is necessary to enter all the products used for each processing into the GDPR Record of processing sheets.

It can be done by completing the Chapter 4 – Assets of every existing Processing sheets in the GDPR Record of processing sheets.

Please consult 7.2.2.2.4. Complete a Processing Sheet, Chapter 4 – Assets for more information on how to enter products into a processing sheet.

Once the products have been entered in the GPDR Record of processing sheets, a Technical and Organisational Measures Sheet will be generated byTPOmapfor each asset owners. 

Theses Technical Sheets will be containing the list of all the Technical and Organisational Measures applicable for protecting the supporting assets of all the products owned by each external asset owner.
