6.1 Structure of TPOmap Documentation Center and access rights

In order to support an organization’s Privacy Management Program, the TPOmap Documentation Center has been structured as follows:

As part of the Set-up of each Processing entity, the following folder structure is created:

All these three folders have a predefined structure of sub-folders as explain here above. To allow the TPOmap Application & Dashboard to work properly, this structure may not be changed.

Keep names of your documents as short as possible! If you use long names for your documents, there is a risk that this might lead to a file name that is longer than 400 characters which may cause bugs.
