3.2 TPOmap Dashboard

The TPOmap Dashboard will be used by the Data Protection Officer/ Data Protection Manager for monitoring the Privacy Management Program.

It is composed of a user-friendly dashboard interface created by TPO, which provides an instant overview of the current status of your organization’s Privacy Management Program.

The TPOmap Dashboard is generated on the basis of:

On one hand, the processing sheets and technical sheets registered in the TPOmap application and
On the other hand, the metrics predefined by TPO.

It will be updated every day, in general during the night.

The TPOmap Dashboard is divided into 5 modules:

Module 1 – Record
Module 2 – Internal & external technical and organizational measures
Module 3 – Risk of processing
Module 4 – Recipients Contract Management
Module 5 – Legitimacy of processing
