11.1 Via the processing activities

When you are in the processing sheets menu, you can then select the processing sheets that you want to be reflected in the privacy notice. You can select only one processing sheets or several and then click on “Download the privacy notice”, you can download it either in PDF or in a Word format (in 3 languages: English, French or German).

 It is impossible to create a privacy notice if you:

• select processing sheets of different entities who acts as data controller ;
• select processing sheets with different joint data controller ; 
• select processing sheets where you are the data processor ;
