1.1 Primary objectives of TPOmap

The primary objectives of TPOmap are the following:

1. Assist the persons involved in the creation and maintenance of an organisation’s Privacy Management Program through the set-up of a central Documentation Center that allows them to collaborate in a simple and transparent way. Its role-based user access supports the organisation’s Privacy Management governance.
2. Assist the persons in charge of overseeing an organisation’s Privacy Management Program (ex. Data Protection Officer, Data Protection Manager, Executive Committee, Board etc.) through a Dashboard that allows them to know the precise compliance level of their organisation at any time, to see progress made thanks to specific metrics and to exploit GDPR related opportunities via user interface management, supplier management, risk management, management of IT products and securitization of supporting assets.
