5.1 Set-up entities

The set-up form of the TPOmap License contains the following information:

• The name of your organization which will be used in the Microsoft Power BI environment (ex. TPO instead of The Privacy Office SA),
• The name of each Processing Entity defined within TPOmap as the legal or organizational entity for which the Records of processing activities are managed separately,

Such information will be used by the TPOmap Support Team to create your organization’s:

• TPOmap Application environment 
• TPOmap Documentation Depository for each Processing Entity 
• TPOmap Dashboard for each Processing Entity
