5.2 Definition of access rights

TPOmap will only be Set-up at the level of the entity that processes personal data (hereafter designed as “Processing entity”). 

In most cases, an organization that purchases a TPOmap License (hereafter “Client”) will only have one Processing entity.

However, in some cases, a Client might have several operational units whose GDPR compliance is managed separately. In such case, it is possible to purchase a separate license for the benefit of each individual operational unit qualifying as “Processing entity”. 

The TPOmap Support Team will contact you via email to define -via the set-up form – who shall have access (hereafter the “authorized users”) to which entity and the different access right of each users (Full user or Restricted user).
