12.2 Updates and Maintenance

Updates and maintenance of the TPO MAP Documentation Centre and Dashboard are included in the service provided by TPO MAP Support Team without requiring any action on the part of the authorised user.

Please check the “General Terms and Conditions, 5. Services, 5.3 & 5.4” for more details about updates and maintenance.

Updates and maintenance of the infrastructure such as operating systems and web browsers used by the authorised user to access TPO MAP Documentation Centre and Dashboard remains at the charge of the authorised user.

Please directly contact your own IT department or IT provider for any related issues.

Please check the “General Terms and Conditions, SCHEDULE A – APPROVED INFRASTRUCTURE” for a list of the approved infrastructure.

Updates and maintenance of other softwares used in conjunction with TPO MAP such as Teams desktop version and Excel Desktop version remains at the charge of the authorised user.
