12.3 Error and bug reporting

Please contact TPO MAP Support Team in English, French or German at support@tpomap.com if you notice any error with any part of TPO MAP preventing you from having a normal use of the functionalities of TPO MAP.

Please provide TPO MAP Support Team with details and a description of the error you noticed such as screenshots or which component or module of TPO MAP is affected.

You will then be contacted by TPO MAP Support Team and the error will be corrected according to the timeframe detailed in the “General Terms and Conditions, SCHEDULE D – ADDITIONAL SERVICES, 1. Support and Maintenance”.
