12.4 Modification of users & existing access rights

If once the initial agreed account set-up and configuration time schedule has ended, you would like to:

  • Add an additional Documentation Centre Authorised User;
  • Remove an existing Documentation Centre Authorised User;
  • Modify the type of access right of an existing Documentation Centre Authorised User;
  • Add an additional Dashboard Authorised User;
  • Remove an existing Dashboard Authorised User;

Please note that Subscription and Set-up fees apply for any new user as described in the “General Terms and Conditions, SCHEDULE E – FEES (SET-UP FEES, SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES FEES)”.

After the registration of a new Authorised User, a maintenance call included in the Set-up fee will be made by TPO MAP Support Team to confirm the access of the new Authorised User and provide support to the user to achieve their 1st functional connection to TPO MAP.
