11.2 Via the data subjects

When you are in the categories of ordinary (or vulnerable) data subjects menu, you can then select the data subjects about whom you want that the information, present in the processing sheets where they are listed, to be reflected in the privacy notice.

You can select only one data subject or several and then click on “Download the privacy notice”, you can download it either in PDF or in a Word format (in 3 languages: English, French or German).

 You will not able to create a privacy notice of a data subject that has not been selected at least in one processing sheet.
