11.4 What information is automatically fill-in?

By using this option, the generator of the privacy notice, will automatically fill-in the following information1:

  1. The name and the address of the data controller and the joint(s) controller(s), if applicable ; 
  2. The categories of data and the description of the data included in each categories ;
  3. The purpose, the legal bases and the categories of data processed for each processing activities;
  4. The category of recipient ; 
  5. If the product involved in the processing taken into account for the creation of the Privacy Notice included Cookies, the following information will be display about the cookies (mark as required the consent or not):
    1. Name of the cookies
    2. Information processed
    3. Purpose of the processing
    4. Legal bases for processing 
  6. The information regarding sharing data with social networks if you have indicated – during the creation of the Privacy Notice – that you use a social media plugin; 
  1. The contact details of your DPO, if applicable, or of your person of contact if you haven’t indicated that you have appointed a DPO, in that case, you will ask to fill-in his contact details during the creation of the Privacy Notice;
  1. The contact details of your representative in the UE, if applicable.

 The paragraph mark in yellow must be adapted by your own or be suppressed before putting online/communicate the privacy notice to the data subjects concerned. 

You still have to fill-in the following information yourself:

  • The limitation of the scope of the privacy notice (point 1);
  • The reason for sharing the data with the recipients listed (point 2.3)
  • Regarding the cookies (requiring consent or not), you still have to encoded the following information (point 2.4):
    • Name of the domain that places the cookie
    • Identification if it’s a first-party or third-party cookie
    • Cookie functionality
    • Running time
    • Possibility for third-party to have access 
    • How to disactivate the cookies 

Please delete the following column that are present in the document just for your convenience and to able to verify that information provided by the TPOmap Generator is true:

  • Column “data origin” in point 2.1
  • Column “Categories of data subject” in point 2.2
  • Column “Recipients” in point 2.3
